Terms of Use

SHIP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) for the use of “Tokyo Private Cruise -Miyabi-” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all private cruise charter services provided by the Company (specifically cruises using the Yamaha SR320FB).

Article 2 (Booking Confirmation)

A reservation is officially confirmed once the customer has reviewed the fees stated in the “Booking Confirmation” issued by the Company and completed the payment of the reservation deposit via the designated bank transfer or credit card, and the Company has confirmed receipt of such payment.

Article 3 (Cancellation Policy)

The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made due to the customer’s convenience.

  • No cancellation fee will be charged if the captain determines that operations must be cancelled due to severe weather (typhoons, storms, etc.).

  • In the event of a refund, the amount will be returned via bank transfer, minus any applicable bank transfer fees.

Article 4 (Cancellation or Changes due to Weather, etc.)

Safety is our top priority. If the captain determines that operation is hazardous due to typhoons, storms, high waves, or other conditions, the cruise may be cancelled, or the course and duration may be altered.

  • In the event of cancellation by the Company, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank transfer fees). Optional services (such as catering) are subject to the terms of our partner providers.

  • Boarding locations and times may change due to pier congestion or weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

Article 5 (Changes in Number of Passengers)

  • Please provide the final guest count at least 3 days prior to the cruise.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts and Precautions)

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, the following acts are strictly prohibited:

  • Any act that violates laws or public order and morals.

  • Bringing hazardous materials, flammable items, or items with strong odors on board.

  • Intentional damage to vessel facilities or equipment.

  • Failure to follow the instructions of the captain and crew.

  • Underage drinking or smoking.

  • Flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. (A repair fee for clogging and compensation for business interruption will be charged).

  • Boarding exceeding the vessel’s capacity.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate disembarkation without a refund.

Article 7 (Damages)

If the vessel, facilities, or equipment are damaged due to the customer’s intent or negligence, the customer shall be liable for the full cost of repairs and any loss of business opportunities during the period the vessel is out of service.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from cancellation, delay, or change of location due to weather, sea conditions, government orders, or other reasons beyond our control.

The Company is not responsible for accidents, theft, or disputes between customers, except in cases of gross negligence by the Company.

Article 9 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

The use of our service by individuals associated with anti-social forces is strictly prohibited. If such a connection is discovered after a booking is made, the contract will be terminated immediately without a refund.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be updated without prior notice due to legal or operational requirements. The latest version will be posted on this website.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event that any dispute arises in connection with these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions These Terms shall come into effect on December 10, 2025.
