Notes on Use
● We will provide complimentary champagne (one bottle) for your toast.
● Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
● Pricing Plans: Daytime Cruising (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM), Sunset Cruising (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, limited to one group), Night Cruising (6:30 PM – 8:30 PM, limited to one group), and Sun-Night Cruising (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, limited to one group).
● Regarding Passenger Capacity
Maximum Capacity: 10 passengers
*Including children (12 years old and under), a total of up to 10 passengers may board.
*The recommended number of passengers for a spacious and comfortable experience onboard is 8.
● As this is a public boarding area, boarding and disembarking time is generally limited to 10 minutes. If the next booking is scheduled, we may have to depart even if not everyone is present. Please ensure all passengers assemble at least 10 minutes prior.
● Please note that if you arrive after the departure time, your reservation may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
● Cancellation fees apply as follows: 50% for cancellations 5 to 3 days prior, 80% for cancellations 2 days prior, 80% for cancellations the day before, and 100% for same-day cancellations. If you rebook within 2 weeks of the original cancellation date, the cancellation fee will be waived. Subsequent cancellations will incur the same fees as listed above.
We also operate various filming boats and underwater search vessels for lost items.
