At “Tokyo Private Cruise – Miyabi -”, we handle reservations through a simple 5-step process to ensure we meet your needs. After confirming details through consultation with you, we will finalize your reservation. Please refer to the steps below from reservation to boarding.

Please feel free to contact us with your requests, such as “I'd like to use it this way,” along with your preferred date, time, and number of people. You can reach us by phone, through our website reservation form, or any other method you prefer.

Upon receiving your inquiry, a representative will contact you. We will discuss details such as the date, time, and number of attendees. Once the details are finalized, we will send you a “Reservation Confirmation” email for your review.

Please confirm the amount listed on your “Reservation Confirmation” and pay the reservation deposit via the designated bank account or credit card payment (AirPay).
Your reservation will be officially confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Please make the payment at least one week prior to your boarding date.
※As other customers may book the same slot until your reservation is officially confirmed, we kindly request you make payment as soon as possible.
Payment Methods for the Boarding Fee

Please transfer the specified amount to the designated financial institution by the specified date.
※Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Pay via AirPay
Please use Air Pay’s online payment (one-time payment). One-time payment is a method suitable for single transactions (per order), allowing secure payment via email or SNS without needing to visit the store. For security reasons, Air Pay’s dedicated payment links are created and provided individually to each customer who applies. Rest assured, a new link will be sent for each order. Once you receive the payment link, please follow the steps below to complete your payment.

Your reservation will be officially confirmed once we have verified payment of the deposit (or full amount) from you.

Please arrive directly at your designated boarding location at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. No special preparations are required. We look forward to welcoming you with everything ready to ensure you enjoy the best possible cruise experience.

Cancellation Policy

After your reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply if you cancel due to personal circumstances.
※・If departure becomes impossible due to severe weather, high waves, water conditions, equipment malfunction, etc., we will notify the representative by 11:30 AM the day before the scheduled boarding date. No cancellation fees will apply for cancellations due to severe weather.
※Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please note that transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
※Cancellations must generally be made at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
※If you notify us at least 3 days in advance, the cancellation fee will be waived if you make a new reservation within 2 weeks. (A cancellation fee will apply if the new reservation is subsequently canceled.)
